and can write special instructions for

or correction is fully handled by the
system by comparing the patient choices
with the user-defined standards.

to identify meals ordered for companion
or guest(s).

to prepare a summarized list of all food
items. On each food item information about
special instructions regarding food preparation
for the patient.
- Automatic
tracking of the patient status (NPO, cancel
NPO, and discharge).
- New admissions
and discharges will be detected by the
system after the diet list report being
printed.
- A production
work sheet will give full details about
the needed items and their suggested quantities.
