Laundry Services
  • The laundry system is part of fully integrated Oasis suite.
  • The laundry work entity has all features of support services work entities as regard integration with the staff personnel pay roll and staff establishment modules.
  • It is also integrated with the all other inpatients modules such as wards, clinics, operating room and other patient related entities via job order and delivery screen.
  • The system has full features of staff scheduling, job assignment.
  • The system has its own sub store that is fully integrated with the main hospital store as well as the other sub-stores and material management module.
  • The system maintains details of all kind of linen types that are used in patient service departments.
  • The system also maintains purchase and inventory quantity control of types of linen used in the hospital.
  • The system is capable of providing user-defined categorization and description of all kind of Lenin used in various departments in the hospital.
  • The system is capable of identifying, counting and location of clean and soiled linen. The user can also define categories of soiled linen and recording their hazard status.
  • The system maintains details of linen transfer from and to the laundry from any work entity of the hospital and keep track of its locations.
  • Transfer of Lenin from and to the laundry is documented electronically and can be printed as receipt document. Delivery of clean Lenin is based on manual or automatic ward and other entity request.
  • External agencies such as tailors can be handled as external customer or external clients.
  • The laundry store can also include full inventory control of cleaning material dispatch to the working area.
  • The system can produce various reports and quires that are needed to run the daily operation.
  • The system is integrated with financial system for the purpose of staff cost as well as inventory costing.
