Staff Housing
 
  • The module is serving as full control on housing department of the hospital.

  • It manages housing for all staff categories.

  • It is linked to and fully integrated with the personnel, finance, and fixed asset modules.

  • The system has a full functionality of registering any type of building that could be used for the purpose of housing any member of the hospital staff.

  • It handles lease and owned buildings.

  • Dates of occupancy and dates of vacancy can be registered to certain staff and history is also stored.

  • Staff transfer from one location to another is also monitored.

  • Full operating cost as electricity and water and maintenance is calculated.

  • The system is also linked to asset maintenance. For job order and spare parts replacement.

  • Contracts of lease are also registered. Payments of lease are scheduled and automatically send notice to the financial department.

  • Various types of housing can be selected such as multistory buildings with flats, compounds with villas, or hotel like buildings based on rooms can be handled by the system and can link staff to a particular flat or villa or even a room.

  • More than one staff can occupy one room.

  • The system allows registration for all types of information about each building.

  • Lease contracts can be terminated and renewed via the system, which is posted automatically to the financial system.

  • Visitors and gests that are temporally housed by the hospital can be identified.

  • Married and single accommodations can be identified and blocked accordingly if required.

  • Staffs working in the housing department are attached to this work entity.

  • Security, guards, and any other staff can be allocated and assigned to the housing department, which is treated as a cost center.

  • If the hospital is renting any of the buildings, revenue could be allocated to the housing department work entity.

  • The system calculates depreciation of other assets located in every room.

  • Because the system is integrated with the fixed asset module, depreciation of all assets are calculated automatically from every location and posted to the financial system and allocated to the housing department work entity.
