Provide the ability to  create unlimited list of user-defined transcription document types and link each document type to multi pre-created MS Ward templates any of them to be selected during printing the transcribed document.

Give the facility to generate an automatic transcription document requisition for a user defined list of document types once a specific event took place like: Patient Discharge, Operation Completion, Death….etc.

Distinguish between the document types of inpatient visits, outpatient visits and  emergency visits.

Provide the ability to record a manual transcription document requisition for a specific document type in a certain patient encounter with determination of the requester and the requisition nature whether it’s an external or internal one.

Provide the ability to track the deficient documents and know their status any time during the different stages of the transcription cycle.

Manage the list of transcription document requisitions through a panel utility via which the requested documents could be finalized and forwarded to the requester.

Provide the facility to pass through different stages till document completion with different hospital-defined authority levels to Write document, Forward document, Submit document and Sign document.

Facilitate adding an addendum to the completed document with the ability to automatically recording the electronic signature of the addendum author.
