- OASIS has successfully
included checklist in its menu and completed
as one module. This checklist is not only
used in patients but as well as in assets,
job, applicant, staff and procedures which
covers almost all work entities.
- OASIS has created forms
to make each checklist specifically different
and precise with every work entity it
is attached to.
Checklist is specially created for patients.
One best example is when a patient is
being treated and a doctor or a nurse
is taking the patient’s vital signs,
the staff will not write down the results
instead uses a hand-held device like a
barcode and then down loads in the computer
into the patients file and will then be
retrieved as a checklist.
The module was re-designed for easier usage
and more functionality, also to add the
capability of history for question (per
encounter episode and all episodes):
- We added group to attach
one or more checklist.
- New design of checklist query per question.
- User can print Checklist of the patient
using user-defined format in (MS-Word).
E.g. (inter-operative)
- Redesigning the graphic objects to work
with (per encounter episode and all episodes).
- Redesigning the printing jobs to work
with (per encounter episode and all episodes).
- Checklist linking to (group, group and
checklist and checklist).
- Redesigning vital signs screen to use
checklist instead of normal form.
This will deduct those patient sex and
age define in question.
