Nursing Care, Admin and Care Planning 
  •    Facilitate an Inter-hospital mailing system to ease the communication among nurses or between nurses and Doctors listed in the hospital’s address book. Nurses could Receive, Send, Save as Draft, View Sent and Archive mails.

  •    Administrate inpatients list for the ward that the nurse is linked to with the ability to: view/add problems and allergies related to the patient, record/view the fluid intakes and outputs of the admitted patient, record/view a care element – task – to be performed to the admitted patient, order a service to the patient, assign a certain diet to the patient, Assign an acuity level – workload group – to the admitted patient, view the history of the workload groups assigned to the patient during his/her stay, change the in-charge doctor for the patient and finally discharge patient clinically and physically.

  •    Access patient’s full medical file including all visits’ problems – either active or inactive -, signs and symptoms , diagnosis and procedures, write any clinical notes for the seen patient during his/her current encounter and view his/her history notes, view the history of patient’s Laboratory results and Radiology reports, view patient’s MAR (Medical Administration Record) and medication profile, view surgeries and immunization profile, record a diet for the inpatient and view the patient’s diet history during his/her current admission episode, view/record inpatients nursing care plans and the evaluation of each plan goals.

  •    Manage MAR (Medical Administration Record) for inpatients. Nurse could Administer, discontinue and view drug details for any of the ordered medications.

  •    Manage inpatients’ care elements – nurse tasks - either created automatically during admission, created by the nurse or created by the doctor. Nurse could complete task, cancel task and discontinue task with the availability to view all tasks status.

  •    View and manage doctor’s operations schedule with the facility to book certain time slots  at a specific operating room for a certain doctor.

  •    Notify nurse when new appointment at any of the hospital’s departments was scheduled for an admitted patient under her/his list. Moreover, the nurse will be notified   when a new laboratory result was released or a new X-Ray report was verified for any of the inpatient list under the nurse’s ward.

  •    Provide a facility for infection control via a comprehensive infection control reference recorded in a tree fashion with the ability to search for any word inside the recorded reference.

  •    Record a quick reference to any nursing procedure might be needed by nurse during her/his daily work with the ability to search for any word inside the recorded procedures reference and to brows the selected procedure in a tree fashion.

  • -   Record any nursing book might be important to nursing education with the ability to search for any word/subject inside the recorded book and to brows the selected subject in a tree fashion.

  • -   Provide a facility to plan for the nursing care. Plan will include: nursing diagnosis, expected causes or ‘related to’ details, effects or ‘evidenced by’ details , goals to be achieved, intervention or ‘tasks’ to be performed in order to achieve these goals. During execution of the plan, interventions or tasks progress is recorded for regular checking of tasks viability and for further review of patient’s condition.
