Out Patient And Clinic Management
  • OASIS system has a scheduling database.
    Ability to make appointments for patients at any clinic in the database up to one year in advance and to amend or cancel the appointment as required.
  • OASIS system allows a patient to have multiple appointments in different clinics on the same day, with the medical record routed to the first scheduled appointment of the day.
    Automatic production of an appointment reminder in English and/or Arabic at the time of making the appointment and again within a few days of the appointment.
  • OASIS system supports the ability to make an appointment for multiple resources in succession.
    Automatic generation of pull lists for medical records that will be sent to the medical record system.
    Automatic conversion of Gregorian dates into Hegira, with dual display on all appropriate screens. OASIS system allows the date conversion algorithm to be adjusted in accordance with calendar variations.

    - Ability to record the patient’s arrival for an outpatient consultation by entering his medical record number and clinic identifier.
    Ability to handle walk-in patients as well as those having booked appointments.
    - Ability to record the outcome of a patient’s visit on conclusion of the consultation by capturing the disposition of the case (discharged, re-appointed, admitted).
    - Ability to capture key medical data associated with the patient’s visit.

1- The maintenance of encounters records.
2- The appointment time can be measured against the scheduled appointment through maintenance of patient check-in and check-out times for each clinic visit. Actual time and visits exceeding user-defined intervals can require a coded reason for the variance.
3- Maintenance of records of patients who did not attend their appointments.
4- Automatic display of warning messages in user-defined circumstances such as attempting to overbook a clinic.
5- Provisions for requesting pre-admission booking of inpatient beds from outpatients and to cancel or alter such requests.
6- On-line inquiry into future clinic booking status cancelled clinics, etc.
7- Full integration to Patient Master Index.
8-Strict security access control to all on-line features, with multiple levels of accessibility according to user-specification.


-Ability to make on-line inquiry into a patient’s currently scheduled and previous visits.
- Ability to print out labels.
A comprehensive, user-definable reporting facility, allowing for the regular and on-demand production of statistics and analyses on all aspects of outpatient activity.
