A function to report the procedure done with a required authority of who can write the report and who can verify it, and also report can be written either by the Transcriptions nurse on behalf of the doctor or by his authorized assistant.
The dictating doctor could amend report, in this case another verification should take place.
Authorized users can reject reports.
You can print report of current procedure or print all reports that belong to the concerned patient.
